Knox Farm Garden Club

The Knox Estate Garden Club began gardening on Monday September 14th, 2015.  Their Mission is to bring back the Estate Gardens to their former country glory.  There are so many treasures to uncover and a diversity of perennial species that already exist in the gardens.  It is the garden club's intention to discover all of the existing species and nurture them into bloom again.  The rustic charm of this country manor deserves to shine with the rich color the gardens can provide against the washed white building.

We are a growing number of gardeners in all different phases of knowledge and experience. We are learning from and with each other.  We hope to organize several speakers throughout the seasons to continue our learning curve.  It doesn’t matter if you can’t tell a dandelion from a daffodil we can use your help.  All volunteers are welcome at all times.  We have master gardeners on our team that will be pointing us in the right direction at all times.  These gardeners have a wealth of information and they are volunteering their valuable time and hard work to help us reach our goals.

To become a Knox Estate Gardener all you have to do is sign up.  Its as easy as 1..2...

With this newsletter you will be receiving a once a week post that gives you updates and photos of our plans and progress.  We will be asking you to join us at your convenience when we are working on our projects.  It could be weed pulling, raking, collecting branches or joining us for design ideas for the garden.  When and how you participate is up to you…because we are volunteers.
